混合頂入形實驗室乳化機包括固定底座、電機傳動機構、混合頂入形實驗室乳化機頭,其中電機傳動機構固定在固定底座上,混合頂入形實驗室乳化機頭與電機傳動機構的輸出軸連接,混合頂入形實驗室乳化機頭包括入料斗、研磨轉子、研磨定子、研磨定子座、篩網(wǎng),其中研磨轉子和研磨定子相配合組成研磨機構,在研磨機構外側設置篩網(wǎng),在研磨轉子外側靠近電機傳動機構側設置研磨定子座,研磨定子座和研磨定子通過連接桿固定連接,篩網(wǎng)位于研磨定子座和研磨定子之間。混合頂入形實驗室乳化機頭的研磨定子和研磨轉子采用多層結構,增加料漿在機頭中經(jīng)過的路徑,相應的增加了研磨率,使經(jīng)過處理的料漿粘稠度低,流動性好,乳化效果好。對進入本機的熔融料漿溫度要求較低,節(jié)省了加熱料漿的能源,相應減少了冷卻難度,同時增加了操作安全性。
